I love these soles. My chiropractor said I should give up my “sock shoes” because of sciatica and knee pain (which he thought was referred pain from falling arches). He recommended a few walking shoes and I tried, but my feet are so wide they feel pinched in nearly every shoe I wear. I put these in my sock shoes and for me that’s just about perfect – they support my arches without it feeling like I’ve strapped clunky orthotics on my feet! Each pair has lasted me about a year (worn nearly every day with socks.)
